Randy Davis D.Ph.

President & Owner

  • Randy has over 35 years of experience and is a nationally recognized leader in the art of compounding. He earned his B.S. from Lipscomb University in his hometown of Nashville, TN before attending Samford University in Birmingham, AL for pharmacy school. 

    Randy is passionate about working with physicians and their patients to offer the best choices in personalized medicine.  His compounding interests include bio-identical hormone replacement and ophthalmic preparations. He has served in numerous medical mission trips to Haiti, partnering with Every Eye Will See Him Ministries.  His wife and three daughters are the loves of his life and drive him to be successful.

Tanya Manoni, BSChem PharmD, FAAMM

VP of Pharmacy & PIC

  • Chattanooga-native Dr. Tanya Manoni, PharmD is breaking down the barriers surrounding women’s health subjects. From a girl’s first period, to fertility, to menopause, she’s discussing it all and helping women all throughout the Chattanooga area to feel empowered by their body’s amazing gifts.

    Tanya earned her BS in chemistry and PharmD at the University of Utah. Tanya's professional interests include not only hormone therapies, women’s health, and dermatology, but also nutrition and fitness, in which she became interested while playing NCAA Division I college soccer.

    Now, Dr. Manoni has more than 15 years of experience as a pharmacist and has specialized training and certification in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). She is the Vice President of Pharmacy Development at Designer Drugs Pharmacy located in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

    Tanya’s post-grad education combined with her bachelors in Professional Chemistry, as well as her PCCA certifications in the areas of hormone replacement therapy and dermatology, led her to develop a highly effective medical grade skincare line called Designer+Cosmeceuticals.

    In 2023 she is a participating candidate in the Fellowship of Anti-Aging and Metabolic Medicine. Tanya is the pharmacy’s resident expert in women's health and dermatology as well as growth and development. Her favorite part of her job is the one-on-one consultations she is able to have with patients. By doing this, she is able to see the real change she’s making in women’s lives.

    Tanya lives in Chattanooga with her husband and two kids. You can find her running between soccer fields and dance studios in her free time.

  • Josh Buffat serves as the Vice President of Facilities & Operations at Designer Drugs Pharmacy, bringing over 20 years of expertise in the Cleanroom and Equipment Certification industry. Since joining the organization in February 2019, Josh has played a pivotal role in overseeing the buildout and compliance of the Designer Drugs' USP 797/800 cleanrooms, ensuring adherence to the latest enforceable standards established by the United States Pharmacopeia.

    Josh’s professional journey includes extensive experience in emergency medical services and cleanroom certification. From 1994 to 2009, he dedicated 15 years to Walker County Emergency Services. Subsequently, he joined Southeastern Certification, Inc., where he contributed from 1999 until the company's acquisition by STERIS in 2015. Josh continued his career with STERIS, leading efforts in Controlled Environment Certification Services until 2019.

    Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Meghan, and their three children. His hobbies include metal detecting, shooting, camping, and fishing, reflecting his love for adventure and exploration

Betsy Dean, PharmD

  • Betsy was born and raised in Houston, TX, and attended the University of Georgia for both her BS and Pharm.D. degrees.

    After graduation, she moved to Chattanooga, sight unseen, and quickly fell in love with all of the outdoor activities and the community that Chattanooga offers. Betsy worked for a local retail chain since graduation in 2018 and joined the Designer Drugs team in 2022.

    She loves to bike, run or hike with her husband, watch Georgia football, spend time at the lake with family, love on her cat Penny, and bake or cook for friends.

  • Paige is originally from Columbia, TN, but earned her BS in Biology at Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, TN and PharmD at Samford University in Birmingham, AL. She worked as both pharmacy manager and staff pharmacist for a regional chain for seven years before joining our team.

    Paige enjoys sports of all kinds and cheering on the University of Tennessee Vols. Paige and her husband, who is also a pharmacist, have three young kids and a French Bulldog.

  • Kaleb hails from Chattanooga and is an alum of Baylor High School. He pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN, and went on to earn his PharmD degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. During his time in pharmacy school, he met his wife, who is also a pharmacist. Kaleb joins Designer Drugs after spending years in retail Pharmacy in Memphis, TN.

    Outside of his professional life, Kaleb enjoys spending time outdoors, cheering on the Vols, traveling, and being with friends and family, including his two younger sisters, who are 10 and 16 years old. He and his wife also love being with their two dachshunds, Sally and Poppy, and cat named Elvis.

Blake Holland, PharmD

  • Blake is a native of Calhoun, GA and earned his BS and MS in Biology from the University of West Georgia. Blake attended the Gatton College of Pharmacy in Johnson City, TN, for his PharmD degree. Blake joins the Designer Drugs team after seven years as Pharmacist-in-Charge at an independent pharmacy. Outside of work, Blake enjoys cooking, playing guitar, whitewater kayaking, and paddleboarding. Blake is also an avid supporter of Arsenal Football Club.

  • Originally from Nashville, Micah earned his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and his PharmD from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. With over 16 years of pharmacy experience, he has worked in various settings, including 10 years with CVS and 5 years with Walmart Pharmacy, serving communities from Memphis, TN, to Charleston, SC, and many places in between. At Designer Drugs, Micah brings a wealth of experience and a passion for building strong relationships with clinics and patients. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his daughter, finding adventure together, and traveling with his wife, a clinical dietician, to compete in arcade tournaments representing Chattanooga.

  • A proud Cleveland, TN, native, Andrea has deep roots in the local community. She holds a B.A. in Chemistry from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from South University School of Pharmacy in Savannah, GA. With over 14 years of pharmacy experience, Andrea has honed her skills during 11 years at Walgreens, 2 years at Publix, and 1 year specializing in mental health pharmacy with Genoa Healthcare.

    Outside of her professional life, Andrea is a proud wife and dedicated mom to two active daughters. She thrives on balancing her roles as a soccer mom, avid traveler, and creative party planner. Andrea’s passion for both her family and her career shines in everything she does.

Stephanie Moore, PharmD

  • Stephanie, born and raised in Arlington, TX, attended the University of Oklahoma for her prerequisite and Pharm D programs. She has extensive experience in compounding pharmacies and brings a wealth of knowledge in HRT to Designer Drugs. Stephanie began her pharmacy career at her father's pharmacy in Fort Worth, TX, where she learned the art of compounding alongside her dad. She is a devoted wife and mother of four young children and a miniature schnauzer. Stephanie loves Jesus Christ, being out on the lake, playing volleyball, and spending time with family and friends.

  • Tina was born in Boston, MA and raised in Chattanooga. Tina received her Bachelors from Middle Tennessee State University and her PharmD from the University of Tennessee where she was a member of the Phi Delta Chi fraternity. Tina spent fifteen years as staff/clinical pharmacist in acute care setting. In her spare time, Tina enjoys spending time with the loves of her life, her cats. She also enjoys playing video games, women’s soccer, and traveling internationally.
